

Abstract
Abstracts will be reviewed by the Scientific Committee, and submitters will be notified of the committee’s decision on whether to accept oral or poster presentations.
Submission Guidelines
• Maximum of 300 words (not including names and affiliations) in a 10-point Times New Roman font
• Include and underline the full name of the presenting author as well as the Hospital and University affiliations
• Include full mailing address, telephone, and e-mail address
• Abstract should include poster title, author(s), identifying the presenting author, institution, objectives, rationale, methods, results, conclusions, and financial support
• All submissions must be in English only
• Each presenter is allowed to submit a maximum of 4 posters
• Each presenter must submit a short biography
The deadline for Abstract submission is Friday, 5th June 2026
Policies
• By submitting an abstract for consideration, it is understood that the presenting author will not be required to register for the conference and to pay the registration fee.
• International submissions will be considered
• Late submissions will not be considered
